ARC Iron Knight Contest entry

My perfect day would have to be with Ash, though nothing romantic because he's already got a great girl (Megan). I would love for him to teach me how to sword fight. I've always wanted to learn. So we'd spend the day swordfighting and then inevitably Puck would show up to pull a huge prank that would annoy "Ice Boy" and Ash and I would chase Puck until he disappeared. While we look for him Grim would  point us in the wrong direction leading us into the heart of the Wyldwood. But it wouldn't matter because Ash isn't scared of anything in there. We'd walk and talk, and talk and walk, see all different sort of trees that spiraled up to the sky and all the exotic flowers of all the colors of the raindow--and more (this is how I picture the Wyldwood sometimes). I'd talk to Ash about Meghan and how he plans to be with her again, see if there is anything I can do to help. Then after wandering we'd find our way out and begin plotting our revenge on Puck (but that is tale for another time) That is my perfect and slightly adventurous day with Prince Ash.

Catching Up

Since I left you (what was that in February???) I have since gotten to page 56 of my novel and it's coming to a close....I just don't know how to finish it. Ya so I've gone like a month without writing ANYTHING!!! Also I haven't read anything either, not one single book. Probably because New Star (my Peter Pan play) is getting me all stressed. But I should probably be back on my regular schedual of reading and writhing very very soon because guess what:
My show is on Saturday. For those of you who haven't heard New Star Children's Theatre is putting on an origional production of Peter Pan and I play Peter sooooo....I've been going kinda crazy lately. But it will all be over soon (that is both good and bad!).
So I actually wrote this for one specific reason then just started babbling.
Here it is:
I'm having some trouble with my phone. It's a Sony Ericsson W580i and I'm trying to hook it up to my laptop so I can take the pictures and videos off but it's not working. I've installed everything and when I plug the USB in my phone says it's connected and that it's ready to transfer but on my laptop it says that there is either nothing in the USB drive or it is a file/thing that it can't recognize.
I honestly don't know what to do. I've been fiddling around with it for the past hour and still nothings happening. I'm getting really frustrated and I swear to God (not literally) I am going to throw this piece of junk that I call a laptop out the flipping window!!!!
GHAAAAA! *dies*
Please if you can help me at all please do. It would be much appreciated. :)

Keyboard malfunction

Well that title says it alllll. I was on page 46 of my novel and looking something up in the bible (research). I had the bible laid out on my laptop keyboard and when I went to colse it and pick it up, the egde of the bible caught on one of the keys and snapped it off!!! And to make matters worse....it was the period button!!!! I was soooooooo mad. And it isn't like one of those big chunky keys where you can just pop it back on...the actually key is flat and all the springs went flying when it snapped.
So I was writing without a period for two day (you can imagine how well that went) and I was about to litterally thow my laptop out the flipping window because it wasn't working when FINALLLLLLLLLYYYY I got the period button to stay on and work properly!!!
see ....................... it works!!!
Well there you go.....I thought I'd share my mini dilema with yall. The next time a bible rips off your laptop period key, just stay patient, pray (with that same bible lmao) and eventually it will go back on.
Lesson learned.

Page ???

So I'm at least very proud because I've gotten to page 24-25 on my novel at this point. I can honestly say it's very difficult at time when I get mini writers block but I have my friends who give me great ideas and feedback so....
I don't think I'll be writing at all much to you guys becuase exams are coming up and I have my play (Peter Pan) and my novel and lots of stuff going on!
I will update you on my progress when I get the chance (I'll try very hard I really will)
